Sewer Line Replacements:
Our specialty is SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT. We have helped dozens of families replace their sewer lines by using trench-less replacement, this saves you thousands of dollars in repairing, driveways and landscaping, plus the labor to tear-out and repair the trench that was dug out. This process is clean and efficient, special equipment is necessary and skilled technicians are essential. Having done dozens of sewer lines we have seen it all and can advice you if your project qualifies for this technology. A more technical explanation on trenchless technology: It's the science of installing, repairing and renewing underground pipes, ducts and cables using techniques which minimize or eliminate the need for excavation thus reducing damage to sidewalks, driveways and landscaping. It can reduce environmental damage as well as social costs and offers an alternative to the open trench method of installation. All renewal and repairs includes, development of all kinds of underground napping techniques, tunnelling devices and specialist materials and equipment. Intro: Trenchless technology methods is the use of materials, and equipment to replacing, rehabilitating, or installing pipes with little to no excavation of the ground. We do open an entry point at the beginning of where the sewer line connects to the city line to, we do this to insure that we replace the entire sewer line. We then push through the required pipe and tie it in at the point where the line connects to the house. This technology also makes it possible to install the utilities under rivers, highways, canals and other obstacles with no disruption of flow and with minimum or no damage to the environment. |
SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT
TRADITIONAL SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT
We can replace your sewer line the old fashion way. What we mean by that is we dig out the old line and repair or replace it. This method is still used today. We locate the break with a camera inspections and dig near the area of the break and repair or replace the portion of the sewer line that's broken. Often times this works if the sewer line is not too old. The common problem with this method is the sewer line is too old and you can't attach the new line to any part of the old line because it's breaking and it won't hold the pressure of the new pipe.

TRENCHLESS SEWER LINE REPAIR
Trenchless sewer repair or replacement has been growing in popularity. It offers the option to not tear up your landscape and or concrete walkways and driveways, well at least not all of it. Access to the beginning and the end of the sewer line are necessary so we dig to holes one at the street where your sewer connects to the street and one at the house where the line connects to your house.
